I met Mr Nalin Sachdeva for our existing residence renovation. Mr Nalin asked few questions related to our existing office and gave his advice without any site visit, a day later when he visited our office; he suggested some changes as per Vastu for betterment, and sooner made changes suggested by him. My old project calls were started which were all held up for a long time and also got new projects, since then things are smooth on personal and professional fronts.

The most essential role is played by Directions in Vastu. To make a perfect building structure according to Vastu one needs to have the proper knowledge of all the directions. In the past times, the directions were studied by using the shadow of sun. But, now a days the modern technique uses the Magnetic Compass to determine the direction. Although there are 16+2 directions in actual, but the available directions with the compass are only 8. There are 360 degrees in total compass radius, each direction being allotted 45 degrees each. The level of degree is very essential while analyzing the direction.
